My insomnia is zapping my energy and as a result, I have not been doing any art. I had a burst of energy this morning (thanks to Peet's Coffee) and I broke out my watercolor pencils. I have not worked much with them before this month. Will see where they take me.

Where there is light, color and water, there is magic.  Alone, each falls flat, but combined they are delicious.  Whether ocean, rain, fountain, puddle, lake, fog or lowly goblet I find these combined elements enchanting.  Here is my watercolor.

Snapshot for a busy day.  Sometimes it's difficult to reconcile everything that I need and want to do in the space of any given day.  Today, all I could manage was a pause on the road to take a snapshot.   Today that will be good enough.
